What NuORDER is good at
NuORDER is designed around the wholesale market calendar. Brands build digital line sheets with rich imagery, run virtual or in-person showroom appointments, and give their reps reporting on bookings and best sellers. Retailers on the network can browse brands and place orders, and for retailers on Lightspeed POS, purchase orders can sync into their system.
Its strongest point is integration. Brands can connect NuORDER to an existing ERP or PLM so product, inventory and order data move without retyping. For a brand with thousands of SKUs across seasons and a back office that already runs on an ERP, that is the main reason to choose it.
NuORDER pricing
NuORDER does not publish its prices. Software directories list starting figures in the thousands of dollars per year, but those numbers are not confirmed by the vendor and depend on users, modules and integrations. The only reliable number is the one in your quote, so ask sales directly about seats, onboarding fees, integration costs and contract length.
That model is normal for enterprise software and fair for what it includes. It is also the first sign of fit: if a sales call and an annual contract feel heavy for your stage, that tells you something.
Where LINK fits better
LINK is for brands that want a working wholesale catalog this week, not next quarter. Import products from a spreadsheet, set price lists per customer, add order minimums, per-product minimums and case multiples, and share one link. Buyers open it in any browser with no app and no account, and orders arrive with full buyer details.
Pricing is published: a flat fee from $9/mo, or $29/mo for Complete with unlimited products, catalogs and price lists. You can try everything for 30 days without a credit card.
- Variants, kits and stock, with the option to sell beyond stock
- Reps with their own login and permissions
- Multi-currency and per-catalog translation for export buyers
- Reports and order history per customer
Where NuORDER is the better choice
Be honest about your size. If you sell to department stores that expect to find you on an established wholesale platform, run seasonal showrooms with a team of reps, or need orders to flow straight into an ERP, NuORDER is built for that and LINK is not. LINK also has no retailer network: it will not put your brand in front of buyers who do not already know you.
The questions that decide it
Answer these before booking demos. They usually settle the choice in a few minutes.
- How many active wholesale accounts do you have today? Under a hundred usually means a lighter tool is enough.
- Do you have an ERP that orders must sync into automatically, or is a spreadsheet export fine?
- Do your buyers expect to find you on a specific platform, or do they order from whatever link you send?
- Is a predictable monthly cost more important than a large feature set?
- Who will set it up, and how many hours do they have this month?
What a typical week looks like on each
On NuORDER, a brand usually prepares a season: line sheets built from ERP data, showroom appointments booked, reps working through buyer lists with tablets, and orders flowing back into the ERP for allocation. It rewards planning and pays off when the order book is large.
On LINK, the rhythm is smaller and more continuous. You update a price or add a new color, and every buyer sees it the next time they open the link. A boutique owner reorders on a Sunday night from her phone, a rep takes an order at a regional trade show, and you confirm, invoice and ship from your dashboard on Monday. Payment and shipping are agreed directly with the buyer; LINK never touches the money.
Switching later is not a trap
Starting small does not lock you in. A brand can run its wholesale on LINK while it has a few dozen accounts and move to an enterprise platform when it hires a sales team and installs an ERP. Your product data exports from a spreadsheet and your customer list stays yours either way.
