What B2B Wave does well
B2B Wave gives you a full wholesale website on your own domain. Customers log in, see their price list and order history, request quotes and reorder. On the back office side you get mass import and export, order validation and shipping rules, PDF catalogs, multilingual content and daily backups.
Its strongest point is integrations. The pricing page lists QuickBooks Online, Xero, Stripe, Brightpearl, Shopify, Zapier and an API, with more than 20 connectors in total. If you want orders to become invoices in your accounting system without retyping, or customers to pay by card at checkout through Stripe, that is a real advantage.
B2B Wave pricing
B2B Wave publishes a Pro plan at US$350 per month in its US dollar pricing, with unlimited orders, quotes and customers, 20,000 products, 10 admin or rep users and 20 customer price lists, plus 0% platform transaction fees. Enterprise raises the limits (up to 500,000 products and 200 users) and is quoted by sales.
Extra users, price lists, products, onboarding and features such as multiple warehouses or supplier access are add-ons priced on request. When we checked, the page also showed 50% off the first three months. Budget on the full price, since that is what you pay from month four.
Where B2B Wave is the better choice
Choose B2B Wave if you need orders to flow into QuickBooks or Xero, want card payment at checkout, run a quote-to-order process, or have thousands of SKUs and a wholesale website that should live on your own domain. Its native rep app on Android and iOS is also something LINK does not have.
- Accounting integration with QuickBooks Online or Xero out of the box
- Online payment at checkout through Stripe
- Quotes as a standard step before the order
- A wholesale site on your own domain
Where LINK fits better
LINK is the lighter option for brands and distributors whose main problem is orders arriving by email, text and spreadsheet. You import products, give each customer a price list, set an order minimum, per-product minimums and case multiples, and send one link. Buyers do not need an account, which matters when your customers are small shops that will not create another login.
Cost is the other difference. LINK starts at $9/mo, and Complete, with unlimited products, catalogs and price lists, is $29/mo. For a brand with a few dozen accounts, that gap pays for a lot of other things. There is no commission, and the trial is 30 days.
What LINK does not do
LINK has no prebuilt QuickBooks, Xero or Stripe connector and does not process payments: you agree payment and shipping with each buyer directly. It has no native rep app and no quote workflow. If you need those today, B2B Wave is the more complete product.
A simple way to choose
Write down the three things you retype most each week. If they are invoices and payments, an integrated platform like B2B Wave earns its price. If they are orders from WhatsApp, email and spreadsheets, a catalog with per-customer prices and minimums solves most of it at a fraction of the cost.
